Abstract
This article focuses on standardization for health workers. Highly organized labor, for the moment, brings better results, leading to the necessary dedication, self-realization and increase worker productivity due to the leadership that using management methods and tools stimulates and motivates the employee and ensures that the required quality of health services provided by health professionals.
