Abstract
In this work the general determination of labor productivity is given, the main schools of sciences of management are considered, and their distinctive signs are shown. Thus, results of the research conducted among the best companies of Russia on overall performance of the personnel (results of work were compared to averages about the country) are given in chapter 2. It will allow to find the general factors, in many respects, influencing labor productivity in the companies.
