Abstract
This article describes a model of leadership and their impact on the effectiveness of the organization. An example is the company organization in Moscow.
To establish a relationship of leadership and effective functioning of the organization in the work methods were used interviews and questionnaires, the results of which were made conclusions and recommendations for improving the state of the enterprise.
