Abstract
The paper contains analysis of capabilities and limitations of applying the concept of Total Quality Management in Russian and foreign companies, investigation of results of introduction of such concept, study of discrepancy in results and features of quality control in different countries, based on Hofstede's cultural dimensions theory.
