Abstract
The article includes distinctive features of managemnt system in japanese companies. There is also an comarative analysis of american and japanese styles of management, results of which will help understand what is the uniqueness of control system of production in Japan. Further, there will be detected the basic concepts of quality management and philosophical theories of japanese managemnt system.
