FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF ORGANIZATION OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT IN COMMERCIAL BANKS

Abstract
On the Russian market, along with Russian banks are foreign commercial organizations. Foreign banks, in the authorized capital of which are foreign investment, but they do not have the right to open on the territory of Russia branches, and function as "affiliated banks. The activity of foreign banks in many ways more efficient and successful Russian and have a great reputation among clients. Foreign banks outperform the Russian innovation, personnel management, quality of service. But also, some foreign banks leaves the market referring to the change of development strategy of the parent Bank, which does not take root in Russia, as well as the tightening of state regulation of banking activities.
