Abstract
This article reveals the essence of action ABC-XYZ-analysis of a company engaged in catering. Produced by ABC-XYZ-analysis menu of dishes cooked in a restaurant, for sale through the cafe. Conclusions formulated to provide components for food cafe. This analysis can be used in organizations that sells food, and to teach students the elements of the analysis of the product range.
