Abstract
In the article analytical analysis of social-psychological aspects of project-management by a command is spent. Comparative conclusions about advantages and lacks of presence of the leader and the head of a command of the project are formed. The concept of mutual addition of various styles of a management and the leadership is described, allowing to satisfy various needs of members of collective.
