Abstract
In article questions of increase of labor productivity which main condition is the organization of transition from the economic growth, extensive to intensive type, that is possible, in particular, by means of updating of fixed assets are considered. This indicator, and also the salary indicator acting as a basis of stimulation and motivation of the personnel are taken for the analysis of their influence on labor productivity increase.
