Abstract
Real estate sector in Russia and in St. Petersburg has been developing during recent 10 years. At the same time the requirements to the offered objects are also growing. That is why the share of the high quality objects is gradually increasing. In these conditions the process of the real estate development or redevelopment is becoming more actual. This article is aiming at developing the algorithm of the qualitative risk evaluation in the projects of the real estate redevelopment.
