OUTSOURCING, CROWDSOURCING AND EXPERT NETWORKS AS ALTERNATIVE TO INTERNAL RESOURCES OF THE ORGANIZATION

Abstract
Article deals with the main alternatives to internal resources of the organization (insourcing): to outsourcing, crowdsourcing, expert networks. It contains classification of main types of outsourcing and crowdsourcing. In the article features of use of outsourcing, crowdsourcing and expert networks are considered and also a problem of "formation" of collective intelligence. The considered features of use of resources, external in relation to the organization, can be useful to a choice of suitable technology in the concrete organization at creation (evolution) of model of a sorsing.
