Abstract
The article analyzes identification of design stages for construction projects in the new European standards and the documents they refer to, and compares it with the model of design stages proposed in author’s previous work. It also analyzeshowthe new European approach to identification of design stages corresponds with the standards in force today in some CIS countries.
