Abstract
The article is structured capabilities of Moodle, as a software package for creating e-learning courses and web-sites on the classification groups: interactive, distance learning, providing an individual approach to learning. Based on empirical research the author developed the main provisions of the Regulations of the testing of students in higher education institutions in the program Moodle to ensure objective results.
