Abstract
Approaches to developing effective zones of enterprises and implementation of innovative strategies. Practical use of n-tier division involves areas of the region. The proposed directions have their rational use in the field of a particular region and its territories, allowing the complex to solve strategic problems and select the appropriate horizontal and vertical directions of the development of the construction industry. Designed approach allows grouping of territories in the region and highlight areas of activity of enterprises with the main options for their formation.
