Abstract
In the article reasons of existing problems in the Russian Federation in area of development of hi-tech branches, such as complexity of performance of research works, complexity of training of experts necessary for it are formulated. During the analysis of last failures of the Russian innovative companies the conclusion about basic impossibility of replacement of import the nearest years and necessities of preservation of existing international commodity communications is formed.
