Abstract
This article focuses on the effectiveness of the organizational structure of the enterprise management. The relevance of this article is obvious, since the transition to a market economy promotes competitive environment in which every organization fighting for the leading position in the market, which in turn is impossible without good governance and the application of effective organizational structure of management.
