Abstract
In article the analysis of approaches to formation of an effective logistic chain in high-tech industries of economy is carried out. Authors allocated strategic alternatives of integration, the specific branch factors defining a strategic choice are designated. The analysis stages of a branch situation necessary at realization of processes of integration in high-tech industries are defined.
