Abstract
The article disputes the laws of demand and supply. The reason for this lies in the incompatibility of the objects that are considering the theory of supply and demand, the actual conditions of the economic activities of people. The author shows that the real object for study of phenomena in which there is an exchange of goods may be only a system of interrelated economic entities producing and exchanging its surplus.
