Abstract
Kaluga region is always in progress – now it is a very attractive area to invest in with a wide range of opportunities to develop not only a manufacturing industry but also a high-tech industry. Here is an analysis of what happened to Russia (including Kaluga region) after joining WTO and what the possibilities of further cooperation are.
