Abstract
This article dedicates to the process of the delegation of powers and responsibility, examination of being forms of authorities, their connection with responsibility. Insurance company can be an excellent example for it. The analysis of this company shows how it is important to keep main principles and rules of the delegation of powers. Moreover, this analysis reveals problems and teaches us how to solve them.
