ANALYSIS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FUNCTION OF MOTIVATION IN COMMERCIAL BANK

Abstract
The implementation of the function of motivation in commercial bank is analyzed in this research article with an emphasis on content theories of motivation, classification and evaluation of all systems of motivation in the company and interviewing two former employees of the Bank. The conclusion summarizes the research by the way of specifying some recommendatory targets for the effective development of the company based on the challenges it faces and features of its motivational system.
