THE ANALYSIS OF THE FUNCTION OF MOTIVATION ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE IT-COMPANY

Abstract
This work focuses on the execution of the motivation function in the IT-company. The research is based on the classical motivation theories. The author uses the quantitative and qualitative methods to analise the ways of stimulating the IT-company employees. Motivation of companies employees is supposed to lead to higher productivity and to cultivate the wish to work and to strive for new achievements. This hypothesis is tested and proved in the analytical part of the work. The last part of the article contains the conclusions and recommendations based on the research.
