Following article presents results of a research of gender features of management in the organizational culture. Gender stereotypes as institutionalized and ritualized representations of personal qualities, behavioral patterns and specific social roles, as well as the dependence of success or failure of compliance in the course of their work gender balance are considered in this paper.
