DEVELOPMENT OF STRATEGY AND COMPETITIVE BENEFITS ON THE EXAMPLE OF ONLINE STORE

Abstract
This article is about development of strategy, and searching competitive benefits online stores. I find ways to reach of optimum strategy on the basis of statistical data. I am sum up some results about strategic management and internet marketing. By means of statistics studying, we understand how to construct strategy in our company.I used qualitative
methods (examples of real sites) for confirmation mine point of view about competitive benefits.
