Abstract
In this scientific research in the theoretical part will learn about the principles of the bureaucratic model of organization Max Weber and their characteristics. Will be described its advantages and disadvantages.
In the second part will be covered all functions of this theory, starting from the most important, and the last insignificant. For complete clarity, we will analyze how these functions might be applicable to Russian companies.
