Abstract
This article is aimed on the analysis of implementation and leadership development in Russian companies. In the theoretical part of the article are devoted behavioural and situational approaches to the study of leadership. In the practical part of the work describes peculiarities of business leaders, as well as features that prevent the development of leadership in the Russian companies. Special attention is paid to research of leadership development in Russia and comparative analysis of its implementation on the example of three companies: MTS, Sberbank of Russia and Magnit.
