Abstract
This work represents research of features of Japanese culture of management and, in particular, relationship of the chief and the subordinate. It is well-known that Japanese are very hardworking nation, that`s why Japan is one of the most advanced countries in the world nowadays, this fact attracted my attention as a researcher to consideration of questions of management in this country.
