Abstract
The paper contemplates disclosure of Henri Fayol’s principles of management and their application to the analysis of the organization. Management process is continuous and is aimed at improving the efficiency of the company. That’s why the management system of the organization and the concept on which it is based have a great impact on progress in company nowadays.
