Abstract
This article reviews the main trends in the development of personnel management in Russia. The study suggests that the problem of efficient management of the staff and the formation of highly qualified human resources department is one of the most urgent problems of the organization's effectiveness. Rossi is a relatively new problem. Its topical nature requires learning from domestic and foreign experience.
