This article examines one of the most pressing issues of the creation of effective communication in company. To maximize understanding research work presents some evidence of communications. Namely: concept, types and barriers. Also disclosed model of effective communication 7C. The article presents data on the interview, which is based on the analysis, and also summarize the communicative structure of the company. Based on the above it was concluded and recommendations.
