EFFECTIVE METHODS OF MOTIVATION BY EXAMPLE OF MULTINATIONAL CORPORATION

Abstract
This paper is dedicated to the study of one of the main functions of modern manager- employee engagement.
This article contains main information about content theories of motivation and compares two models of motivation in Microsoft Corporation: destructive Stack Rating and modern model. Author gives short descriptions of these models and discovers their key features.
Research shows that destructive ways of motivating personnel are outgoing solutions. New liberal methods of motivating now are the most effective in conditions of modern labor market.
