PROBLEM OF EFFECTIVE DELEGATION IN COMPANY

Abstract
There is no doubt, that the problem of delegation of powers is considered to be one of the most complex and important ones in management. Ability to organize the working process and to adjust effective management in company – are distinctive abilities of the real manager. This research includes definition of delegation, key rules of successful delegation and the major reasons for refusal of managers from the application of this method.
