Abstract
Article is devoted to internal communications and the process of building an effective system of internal communications. Objective elements , channels, classification of internal communications , highlighted types of communication networks , models of communication processes , communication barriers and ways to overcome them are defined . Process and conditions considered building an effective system of internal communications, networking tool internal communications and incremental analysis of the effectiveness of internal communications are phased. The conclusions drawn from a series of interviews with experts in the field of internal communications. The system of internal communications at Google is analyzed.
