IMPLEMENTATION PLANNING IN OIL COMPANIES

Abstract
The aim of this article is to study one of the key management functions: financial planning through the example of oil companies. The author analyses the features of planning specific to each company, while comparing it to the theories of competent managers and exploring their similarities and differences, as well as the unique aspects of every company. Moreover, the author detects the most effective planning methods in the oil sector.
