Abstract
Nowadays efficiency and effectiveness of a company depends on relationships with its clients and, as a result, right chosen strategy of negotiation. The paper contains analysis of various ways, strategies and methods of negotiation and also tricks and wiles of this process. On the basis of the submitted research in this article are given some advices which you should follow in the real life.
