Abstract
The paper contemplates the topical issues of intraorganizational communications. The article includes the essence of the concept of «communication», their types, channels, as well as the process of communication. The mechanism of management of communications in a commercial company is analyzed. The main difficulties in constructing the communication process in the target company are identified.
