CORPORATE CULTURE AS A WAY FOR INCREASING A LEVEL OF STAFF EFFICIENCY

Abstract
The paper is devoted to the research and analysis of corporate culture of the hypermarket chain. The concept of corporate culture is shown as the most important element of internal environment which significantly improves work efficiency in the company. With the help of Organizational Cultural Assessment Instrument of K. Cameron and R. Quinn the type of comparative culture of the studied company, its’ weak and strong features are identified. The findings presented in this paper can be used in practice to improve the performance of employees.
