ANALYSIS OF MOTIVATING FACTORS OF PROFIT-MAKING ORGANIZATION

Abstract
This work analyses factors of motivation, basing on F. Gerzberg's theory. Empirical part consists of data, provided by HR department , and results of survey between employees, involved in sphere of rendering services. While analyzing factors of motivation, quantitative and qualitative approach was used.
