The role and influence of Russian leadership on organizational culture is considered in the paper. The dependence of leadership styles on the efficiency of organizational culture is investigated. Leaders are basic carriers of organizational values and developers of management strategy. The success of the activity of the organization depends on its leader, and it is determined by the fact, how well the leader strategically thinks, how successfully he can foresee prospects of business development and is able to manage to promote a deep national, and then interethnic idea in culture development of the company in Russia.
