Abstract
In article approach to representation of a logistic chain, as the complex system consisting of system of business processes and system of interacting participants is considered. Need of development of system approach to the management, considering complex structure of a logistic chain is proved, the essence and interaction of the allocated systems are determined, the corresponding models of a logistic chain are developed.
