Abstract
In the book for the first time within intellectual and profitable model of managing the complex of methods of management is considered by costs of the knowledge-intensive production as these methods define pricing system on it and investment policy of the state. Also allow to create effective system of the accounting of all involved assets in the course of implementation of the Russian innovative projects. It is shown that the lack of financial resources on researches and development is artificially created and is directly connected with serious mistakes in functioning of monetary and credit and monetary systems of Russia.
The new concept of improvement of characteristics of products and systems of the knowledge-intensive production taking into account operating impact on formation of their hypothetical characteristics of indicators of information and metrological support, standardization and the unification, allowing to capture a set of the interconnected products, technologies and organizations is offered, and also to establish the optimum characteristics regulating life cycle of production at design, production, tests and operation.
