Abstract
In today's knowledge economy human capital organization promotes innovation. Structure of human capital (education, knowledge, innovation) affects the innovative capacity of the enterprise. Resource-based, knowledge-based, developed a hypothesis of interaction of human capital and innovative organization. Human capital is an integral part of innovation.
