Abstract
This article focuses on the priority areas of the state youth policy at all levels (municipal, regional, federal), to which the development of the social activity of youth, civic consciousness through their involvement in children's and youth associations, youth parliaments and governments. The article presents an analysis of mechanisms to support youth projects, both in the West and in Russia.
