Abstract
This article describes the main types of expenses of the Federal Treasury and financing. Federal Treasury, as the budget organizations, provided by the federal and regional budgets. In accordance with the obligations of the expenditures that makes law, separation of powers of the Federal and state authorities of the Russian Federation, local self-government, is building a budget system costs at all levels.
