Abstract
In this paper the innovative potential of the company. The concept of innovation capacity in the economic model was introduced by Freeman to describe a process that allows the growth of the system due to innovations. Under the innovative potential of enterprises need to understand all of its resources: material, financial, human resources, IT, organizational and technical, that can be used for innovation.
