Abstract
This article is devoted to the analysis of the dynamics of demographic indicators of rural development for 2005-2011 years, the evaluation of indicators of socio-economic development of regional rural territories. In the course of researches the state of regional rural market was analyzed and the measures for attracting highly qualified specialists to the village are suggested.
