Abstract
The region is already working and gives the results of the target program «Energy conservation and energy efficiency in the Krasnoyarsk region», adopted for 2011-2012. Program goals and objectives in the field of energy efficiency, set the targetindicators for evaluating the effectiveness of interventions designed mechanisms toimplement the planned activities assigned to supervisory authorities.
