Abstract
In the article the problems of housing and communal services in the Arkhangelsk region. The authors present data on the condition of the infrastructure, presence of dilapidated housing, the state of the system of fuel and energy complex, deterioration of water supply network and Sew-erage system, etc. the article proposes to solve the existing problems to use the basic provisions of the Federal law "On public-private partnership, municipal-private partnership in the Russian Federation and amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation", which was adopted in 2015 and entered into force on 1 January 2016 This law will allow to involve in the decision of housing problems of the private sector, that will have a positive impact on housing and communal services of the Arkhangelsk region.
