Abstract
This article deals with methods of personnel management in modern organizations. The study suggests that the modeling of human resource management contributes to a more complete implementation of labor and creative potential in order to achieve overall economic success and meet the personal needs of employees. Analyzed the specifics of personnel management model in the branch of JSC «Network Company» Privolzhskie electrical networks.
