KNOWLEDGE AS AN OBJECT OF ECONOMIC RELATIONS

Abstract
The problem of knowledge management for the Russian companies is becoming more urgent with every passing day. To effectively use the intellectual capital of employees of small and medium-sized businesses, should pay attention to the experience of countries such as USA, Canada, Sweden and Japan. This article reveals the five major areas of knowledge management in the example of foreign companies. Due to this the company provides the ability to integrate these areas into a single, complex and strategically oriented system, and thus improve their competitiveness.
